He did not mention that he drove the deceased’s vehicle to his place of residence after the incident and cleaned it to get rid of traces of human blood. 2. He did not mention that there are 14 witnesses to this case and I didn't expect him to say it though. 3. He did not mention that the deceased had his hands tied. Postmortem observed some plastic tying on the body in line with photographs taken in the mortuary and also taken by the police at the place where the body was recovered... there is exhibits to this. 4. The same pistol used to shoot the deceased was recovered from the accused 5. He did not mention that he stole the firearm in court he also admitted to having stolen the firearm 6. He did not mention that he is the one who hired the deceased’s vehicle (taxi) and lured him to an isolated place 7. He did not mention that cell phones belonging to the deceased were recovered from him 8. He did not mention that after killing Wellington, the car ran out of fuel and he went to town to get fuel and came back to the car. Why did he come back instead of leaving Brian who had planned to steal the car in lieu of what he was owed?
