Every video and picture I see of it now, I just see them in it and all the videos she created in their kitchen, living room and back patio. The one of them walking down the sidewalk with Bella pulling Cece in the wagon. The one of her hosting all the ladies at her house for a clothing party and introducing new flavors of Thrive bars. So many memories and wonderful times. It’s still so hard to believe someone’s family was there… until they weren’t anymore. And they’ll never be back. Prayers still, for her family and friends.

I bet they probably chose the more neutral color palette for future buyers. It is sad for those of us who adored Shanann and her colorful home and personality, but of course they would aim to neutralize everything if they want to sell it. Plus to also try to make it look different than how everyone has seen it in the crime videos and footage. I personally like how it looks but I also feel like it won’t ever fully be anyone else’s home, but Shanann’s. I most definitely still notice the light fixtures, carpet, cabinets and handles, bathroom fixtures are all the same. I could imagine there might be residual hauntings, which are the type of hauntings that occur the same way each time, like a tape playing the same content over and over again. These hauntings happen after a traumatic death such as an accident or a murder. The violence and emotional stress associated with a violent death often leave an imprint of energy at the site. There are supposedly hauntings of this type that "play out" on former wartime battlefields; Gettysburg is said to have residual hauntings.

I’ve walked past the house in Mesa, AZ where Jodi Arias murdered her ex Travis and it seriously gave me the chills. No way I’d step foot in that house.

Awww that’s sad, I thought maybe Shannan would embrace but it seems too painful. Well if I had the money I would buy it and bless it.❤

It’s sad I don’t think the family realized the amount of people that would be coming by and with young children it’s scary I don’t think it’s right that they couldn’t be left alone. But who knows maybe it just got expensive

I have thought of this too because that is the same carpet and same fixtures around the house. They were the original owners and lived there how long, 5 years? So a lot of them is still there. I even thought about their sweaty feet rubbing off on the carpet, as that naturally happens in homes. Even if they deep clean and shampoo the carpet, you could still find dna around the home.

The new paint and decor is so much better! But, the housing that went in behind it is sooo close! That backyard is tiny! Personally, I would be able to live there. That is, if there are not weirdos coming up to the door or stalking the home.

Maybe it was too much for the new owners that there were still a lot of people doing a kind of tourism, stopping and taking photos, or even trespassing on the property. I think this will never stop. I couldn't be happy in this house either😒
@yvonnevijgen92787 ай бұрын
The house is now valued at over 700.000 still looks a cheap constructed house with no high top of the line construction qualities. Looks like a cardboard house to me .. knowing the history behind it and the fact a pregnant woman was killed in the master bedroom, makes it even more scary!!!

This will always be Shannan’s home. No matter what. This will always be where she and her babies were murdered. Please, don’t get me wrong, but that house should not be for sale. It should go away. It’s a sad place. We can remember her by never forgetting her. The house is a reminder of her death 😢

It’s such a beautiful home maybe they could make it a air b/b and so they don’t have to tear it down.
@anicholeRL98616 ай бұрын
But if they did that can you imagine the attention and hype the house would get? Thousands of people would book it to then post videos of it and wear it out to shambles. I’ve wondered about them reselling it so publicly this time around. I know the listing says no pictures or videos while touring the home but I wonder how they can 100% protect the house from that happening. They sold it to the Millers so privately and without even listing the full address online. Now it’s just like any other house being sold. Wonder if they can still maintain a contract for any new buyer, to protect the home and those who have passed.
