I remember seeing this when it came out and found it one of the creepiest, most disturbing movies ever. The always wonderful Sam Rockwell stars in Moon (2009). I also recommend 12 Monkeys (1995).

I don't know if you're into sci-fi but there's a black and white movie made in 1951 called 'The Day The Earth Stood Still'. It's interesting, not a typical alien movie
