@waquzy I've noticed..but why...what's the point...I'm sitting here trying to figure out patterns to run out...I'm literally laughing thinking they messed up terribly until I see them go down to shoot...I just want to know why cause I had no problem following along until it changed and it's made it almost unwatchable for me as I watch to learn...not bragging but I have the highest ranking possible in apa and tap and trying to figure out why they choose their patterns the way they do when they do is what interests me as I pretty much know all the tricks ...cut induced throw... diamond systems(I'm still working on because of how many there are)...etc...it just doesn't make sense

Meto U. I agree with you! Just swapping the colors is “dumb “ I think what happened was they changed the four to pink ? years ago. Then they found out that didn’t work. But they decided since a lot of the current players (and spectators) have gotten used to the pink four,they just changed the five to purple. ABSOLUTE. IDIOTS! They would not admit they had made a mistake and compounded the error. PLEASE TURN IT AROUND NOW! and try to save several Hundred years of “Tradition”. Those mostly responsible ,I think, are U.K….think about changing Snooker ball colors, Hell, world class snooker even REMOVED the numbers. Shane was paid to play in my hometown. After the match was over he left and returned a few hours later. He played doubles with me and our group of friends for fun for about 2 hours. Great experience.

I don't really like winner breaks...it's possible that the only shot you make at a tournament is the lag and for your rest of the tournament you just watch a guy potting balls. Imagine a tennis match where always the same guy gets to serve. Not really fair and not fun to watch in the long run.

That almost never happens. Apart from Strickland in the 90s I don't think I've ever heard of anyone else running out an entire set. Alternate break is a decent format, especially if the races are shorter, but its boring to watch if its a longer race.
