THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR DOING UPDATE VIDEOS!!!!! I don't know if anyone else is like this, but since the fentanyl crisis really hit, I get much more anxious than I used to when hearing people's stories, so updates are like a warm blanket. Much love and many prayers sent everyone's way 🙏❤

How’s your dad? Are you still in your grandparents house? How’s relationships now and what was the long term ramifications for having a record and crashing so much like do ppl ever trust us again?

My dad passed away in 2018 from liver failure. Thankfully, he was able to see me turn my life around. I have worked extremely hard to develop and maintain healthy relationships. I do not hardly speak to any "old" friends unless it's to get them into treatment. Trust is something that took a long time to build but I had to deal with my trauma and abandonment issues before I could foster healthy relationships. Without dealing with my own trust issues, I was mot going to be a healthy person in a relationship. I had to understand it is not fair for myself or others to not allow them to build trust with me. That comes along with healthy boundaries and allowing trust to develop over time. I do still have my house and actually help my mom with her things since my dad has passed so she can live independently. Because of recovery, I can finally show up for her and support her in a healthy way. I am finally the daughter she deserves. 🫶🏼
