Chris's health story sounds EXACTLY like my gallbladder attacks. I went YEARS with pains like that off and on - so significant I wanted to die at some point. I had no idea what it could be. I'd be fine one week and not able to even get myself dressed the next. My sister finally took me in to the right emergency room and they removed it hours later. I was so mad at myself that I didn't figure that out sooner cuz it seemed too obvious. That pain is REAL. I hope Chris finds out and fixes his pain soon ♥️ Edit:: This has turned into a reddit thread of Painful Gallbladder stories and I'm here for it 😂

Same! I got my gallbladder out when I was 28 years old and after I had been dealing with the pain for years. No doctor could diagnose me until I finally went to the er. They did an ultrasound and found the stones. The symptoms are pain in upper right abdomen that radiates around sometimes even to your back. Also, chills and nausea were a big symptoms to me, and I would have 'attacks' mostly in the middle of the night (this is common for a lot of people).

EMT here! We get TONS of calls for “seizures” that end up not actually being seizures, but just part of a syncopal episode (passing out). Some people tremor (shake) when they lose consciousness, and it LOOKS similar to seizure activity, but it isn’t. A seizure has to do with electrical impulses in the brain, which can also cause tremors sometimes, but Chris may be having some kind of pseudo-seizure during these episodes. It’s DEFINITELY not normal to pass out and be in 10/10 pain though, so I would encourage him to continue looking into this! As an EMT, I know a LOT about a little in medicine. My primary education is on emergency medicine, so I’m really no good for anything past prehospital and SOME ER knowledge. Depending on where the pain is, it could be a number of organs that might be the culprit. I hope Chris gets some answers and relief with a quick recovery!
@Okayladaily6 ай бұрын
This has happened to me before! I had the most stressful day of my life and when I got home I turned super pale and passed out. My friend was with me and she said I was shaking and she lifted my head because she thought I was having a seizer. My mom is a nurse and she said the same thing but I still got checked out after because it was super scary. Nobody asked but I thought I’d share lol.

According to google, “If the ingredients you use-such as corn starch, canola oil, and soy lecithin-contain detectable modified genetic material, then they are considered bioengineered food ingredients and do require a bioengineered food disclosure.”
@josiewolan62966 ай бұрын
Don’t be worried about bioengineered ingredients! I learned this in plant biology, it’s essentially the same as GMO, which many crops are and have been for thousands of years. By law every food item that uses a bioengineered food ingredient needs to be labeled, for example if a product uses corn it would have to be labeled as containing a bioengineered ingredient. Scientists haven’t found any concerns with these ingredients and have done plenty of trials, people just get freaked out about the idea of GMO but it’s proven to be harmless, the words are just scary sounding
@ashleyhautalamusic6 ай бұрын
Yessss. GMO has been such a scare tactic for no reason as well as MSG! In large quantities, like anything, it can be dangerous but research as shown that its not harmful in small amounts. Salt and sugar are also both super bad for you but they’re in everything so in moderation, it’s fine. People are so “woke” and scared of everything these days and on one hand it’s good to be aware but there’s sooooo much misinformation online, it’s hard to know what’s true.
