Thanks for the video. I had a pair of clics laying around for a while and finally wanted to install them but could not find the ports. The instructions only told me about the blip box so I was afraid I missed something when ordering. Did not realize those bright read pieces are the ports. :) I actually wanted to sell my unused clics after hearing about the wireless ones but they will probably not be available before next year where I live. I think I will upgrade later because I want the ability to easily take of the areo bars when packing my bike for flights abroad. Thanks again, helpful information. Cheers.

I got the RLT 9 RDO five star build with the Force AXS 1x over the winter and love it. Unfortunately I'm finding that the 1x is a compromise with this bike and want more gears. Now I have to wait for the wide front derailleur to become available. Need to replace the chain ring and cassette as well. Niner should have offered this as a 2x from the factory.

Can you program the multiclic to do the opposite of the paddle shift? So you can do up and down shifts one handed?
@gplama3 жыл бұрын
It's complicated with AXS. You can have the lever change up and multiclic down, but that will unassign any up/down function of the opposite lever. If you then reassign either up/down to that opposite lever, it'll unassign that function from the other lever. It's not as customisable as Di2 in this regard.

Are you happy with the placement of the shifter relevant to where your thumb is when riding on the tops? Seems far away from the stem, or where your thumb falls naturally. I am riding 42mm bars and would prefer the shifter closer to stem. I am guessing the 150mm cord could be too short?

I have both (and a pair of clics). The blip buttons are basically designed to be operated by your thump. They are harder to press and you must hit the button at the correct angle to make the shift. Multiclics require less effort and can be operated with any finger easily. The felling is identical with the clics.
