Hi Shane, I’ve been watching your videos for years, great stuff! I am working on a large app, and testing after changes is hard. I learned there is a thing called Advanced Tools, Tests, which brings you to the Test Studio. Unfortunately, I have no idea how to use it. My app has Forms (uugh I know) and imports stuff from Azure DevOps. If you could maybe one day create a video highlighting the Test Studio, that would be awesome! I would love to see how you make it understandable for us. 🎉🎉

Having a bit of trouble getting correct info from a single knowledge document. It's a 100 page PDF with technical knowledge and tables.For basic documents such as HR FAQ it seems to work well.

There are file size limits. I wonder if you are running up against that?

Very insightful! What is the difference between Co-Pilot studio agent vs. creating an agent directly from SharePoint? I am not sure how they relate but they seem for distinct purposes.

They are different. A SharePoint agent only works with that specific SharePoint content it is tied to, and it is limited today in the level of customization. A Copilot Studio Agent can work with that same SharePoint data but also has the ability to be extended to work with a whole host of connectors and other data.

This seemed really useful until the callout that it only works for up to 3 MB files. My company has a high percentage of its files in PPT format, so many relevant docs are over 3 MB. Is there a good way to find out when Microsoft will raise or remove this file size limitation?

Great Video. In my Organization aren’t the Copilot Agents in SharePoint available, although I have a M365 Copilot license. Do you have any idea? Maybe any policies/ settings?

It is still rolling out is my understanding. So there is a chance that is why you don't have it. What region are you in could also affect things.

When setting up an agent in studio, by default the "Allow the AI to use its own general knowledge" functionality is enabled. Are agents setup in SharePoint enabled with this by default and does that cause it to return results outside of the sources that are configured? Ideally I would want mine to only retrieve information from the sources that I specify. Do you know when the "Add advanced customization in Copilot Studio" link will be available?

Yes, there is a way to add these agents to Teams, it just doesn't work for me for some reason.

I have created an agent by selecting a file from SharePoint, file is placed in the document. While I am asking any question to the Agent, the response is always as below: *I apologize, but I couldn't find the specific information regarding the region-wise target in the available documents. If you have any other questions or need assistance with something else, please let me know. The agent responded accurately while I attach that file and ask questions. But once I create agent by selecting a file or folder, it always gives above message. I am stuck, please support.

It seems great but once again hallucinations are what is ruling at the moment. Try to ask it just a simple "how many documents in this library" Its so limited.

So Microsoft will enable a trial for 6 months and then disable if you don't have a license. Isn't this "Bate and Pay" ?
