@@rl8259 ryan really celebrated black culture in every department of filmmaking, as an movie it was not perfect but movie is damn good and really well written! no movies are perfect and people gave below 6/10 just did not understood the movie! black panther is top tier blockbuster movie with mad unique music and production design and costume too, and these department won oscars too! movie is between 7.5/10 to 10/10! 9/10 for me only act 3 action set piece was let down!

A lot of people keep forgetting that the incredible hulk movie is canon to the mcu. They only changed the actor and design of hulk but it's confirmed that the incredible hulk movie is part of the mcu. Abomination does exist in the Mc but he was in a high class prison for all the mcu phases but he is returning in phase 4. That monster in the end of the trailer is indeed Abomination. They just changed his appearance slightly like they did with the hulk. They made Abomination more comic accurate with the fish ears lol. Abomination is also going to be in the she hulk series. Also the dragon that Shang chi meets is fin fang foom. If you're a comic fan or watched the agents of smash series you'll know who he is. He is a giant humanoid alien that looks like a dragon. He is mainly a hulk villain. Two hulk villains are in this movie.

Robert Downey Jr. appearing in the end-credits made it so. But I think marvel tries it’s hardest to act like “The Incredible Hulk” never happened. Even though they did release uncut footage of a scene where Ed Norton’s version of Bruce Banner went to the Arctic to kill himself, but the Hulk took over and caused the surrounding ice to collapse. And they say that’s what led to Captain America being discovered after 70+ years.

Yes. Simu Liu has done some stuntman work throughout his career alongside acting. He got casted as Shang Chi simply because he knows martial arts (wing chun/taekwando) as well as has experience in gymnastics. He basically has all the experience and knowledge to be SHANG CHI and he has the acting skills as well sense of humor and great personality upon that…they really were lucky to come scored him…I think Simu really put so much effort to get MCU big bosses attention..sending them videos of his stunts and him doing martial arts. Oh and YES… the woman he was fighting against is his sister and I think she’s also interested in the 10 rings or wants to be considered as someone who is worthy to take over dad’s aka the mandarin’s place instead of Shang Chi. It seems like The mandarin only sees Shang Chi as his successor and so the sister’s pride/ego is probably bruised cuz of that. So it’s really a whole family identity crisis.. not only just Shang Chi, but it’s his sister’s path too.
