As a futurist, this is one of the most incredible futuristic visions i seen so far. This looks more like 2040 instead of 2030 though. Also by this time there will be contact lenses in the form of eye drops that will allow you to become interconnected to the web

Technologically possible? Absolutely. The real question is: When will it become implemented? That's an entirely different question that largely depends on economics.

***** Well, most of the jobs will be automated including the case with self driving cars.. We will likely have a rather different economic model that keeps up with the technological advances. This sort of future is rather civilized, people are embracing technology as their daily use, that means a new mindset for the population as well.

It's a beautiful visualization of what Shanghai could become in the future. However, I don't see this becoming a reality by 2030 anywhere in China... especially if they continue to build the same box apartments over and over like they are already doing in their major cities. This would require a major socio-economic change in China in order for the architecture and much less internet freedom of this magnitude to become a reality in its cities. But I do hope Shanghai will look like this... it's already projected to become one of the great cities of the planet and hopefully they will plan accordingly.

полная утопия, напомнило советские фантастические мультики "про будущее" из 80х, все восторгались но никто ещё не знал, что каких то пару лет идеалом женщины будет - проститутка, а мужчины - бандит, не будет больше не бесплатного жилья, медицины, подвёз кормёжки закончится и основой существования станет приусадебный участок, или медленная голодная смерть старика, обречённого собирать стеклотару... Китай это даже СССР 20летней давности, это псевдосоциализм построенный на рабстве... Китай обречён.
