Shanghai Pudong Airport ARRIVAL GUIDE - Walkthrough 2024 Arriving at PVG Terminal 2

(1) Fill up Arrival Card before landing if possible. This will make your immigration process much smoother.
(2) Use the e-channel for fast immigration clearance (currently only available if you are a long-term resident who has enrolled your fingerprints previously) Tourists will have to go through the manual counters.
(3) Baggage claim.
(4) Customs declaration. Be prepared to put suitcases through scanner even if you have nothing to declare.
(5) Once through to the Arrival Hall, there is tourist information, telco, bank and currency change counters for your convenience.
(6) Head to Metro (Line 2), Maglev, Taxi stand or Car Park depending on your mode of transport.
