Very interesting video about dicast toy car craftmanship and production. The employees seem very dedicated and focused on their work. My compliments to the employees and their patience, talents, skills and hard work. Is it really necessary though that employees live on the premises? Is that like mandatory for someone who wants to be employed there? I'm just curious as it seems to me like living on the grounds of a factory that you work in could begin to feel restrictive and depressing after a while.

From toys we learn - in part - how to become adults as we grow older. Toys can and sometimes do inspire kids and even adults to take up an interest in particular lines of work as we grow older.

Very interesting. What stood out was the lack of flashy offices and furniture and making do with the basics. The West could take a lesson! You don't need designer office fitouts, high-end furniture and high-cost artwork on the walls. Sure it looks great, but really you can live without it. Better to put that proposed expenditure into the business.

Who remembers the old toy cars you put the key in the back of the bumper to switch the cars alarm on and sit it down and the alarm used to go off and lights flashed likenit was being stolen? I had a couple as a kit about 25 Yr ago lol
