Hi Jim. Thanks for sharing your experience at the Shangri La. Your room looks very classic. Reminds me on our suite we are in at the moment in Bangkok. I love that a bit old fashioned style. Reminds me of the 80's. The lounge looks really nice too and I love the adults only section in the lounge and by the pool. Have a safe trip back home to Singapore and best regards to Shaun. Hello from Singapore~~~ I sure your club lounges in BKK is much more better than this one! hahaha This hotel is a bit old but still well maintain and clean, the most I like is the staffs, the making the stay much more better! Too bad they r not Bonvoy!

Clearly it sounds from your voice that this was much better than the other place. Nice food selection. I am a stickler on fresh fruit being served. I prefer it being on something that keeps it cool.

@@garychopping2184 yaaa, they should at least contact me earlier so I can change the hotel early or decide to continue to stay there. The Novotel is cheap but I'm rather to pay a bit extra to stay at Pullman KLCC.

great video. I have to say that the afternoon and evening offerings aren't really that impressive for the extra you pay to be in the "Horizon Club". Especially not when you have all the awesome street food just outside the hotel.
