she's not lip syncing during this superbowl performance, her "dysphonia" didn't effect her until years later after this performance, and even then she was still singing in private, ya can watch her "why not with shania twain" to see what i mean, and her Up! tour after the superbowl was awesome, and she wasn't lip syncing during that

If I recall correctly she said in her book that she did lip at least parts of the Up! Tour. Not all of it but I remember that there were times she had to during the Up! Tour. And this absolutely is a lip sync. She's never done either of these songs this perfectly live, and I've seen plenty of videos of her live to know. Either way a lot of people lip the Super Bowl.
