That is conservative zone . Not more than 25%

Hi Naveen, If we purchase farm lands in Agri zone b/w Shankarpalle and Chevella, how is the process to convert to Residential plots. Would be conversion as per the HMDA rules now ? or depends heavily on 111 GO relaxation in future. Thanks in advance

Hi Sandeep , if farm land is in conservation zone or 111 GO , its not possible to convert to HMDA. if the land is in R1/R2/R3 you can do this. So you make sure you purchase only residential property

Some part of Dhobipet is in R3 zone as per master plan . So one can consider that . Prices what I heard couple of weeks back is around 1CR per acre .

Hi Naveen, shankarpally plots are getting LP number but not getting final HMDA LP.. Is it advisable to invest there?

Hi Uday , without final approval one can not go for house construction. Make sure you buy from reputed builders so that they will not fail in development commitments and assure final LP. If builders failed to get LP .. HMDA has to complete developments by selling / auctioning mortgaged plots .

Hi Kiran , yes aloor comes under R3 zone as per 2031 master plan . Considering current growth aspects they might convert to R1. Nawabpet main road facing land is costing around 1.2-1.4CR per acre. Til vikarabad anywhere you can invest . RRR also going through these places .
