And i think once Luffy do help and Liberates Elbaf and let’s say shanks twin brother or clone is relatively close in power with shanks and Luffy takes down Stabs i think that will also Show Shanks that he is ready to meet up and give the Straw hat back because now at the end of Elbaf Luffy is now a Great pirate and also that much closer to the title of pirate king.

In the manga I read, the person Loki was speaking to over the den den mushi was called もせ　(mo se) according to the editor’s note And the Romanji translation kept writing it as Mosa even though the characters say “se” not “sa”

The notion that the final event of the story, a 25+ year long journey, will be ushered in by someone just introduced is insane and honestly insulting to the reader. It makes every character we've followed for literal decades enter the final part of their story as reactionary characters rather than those with agency. Blackbeard, Luffy, or Dragon has to be the ones to initiate the final conflict otherwise this was mostly just side quests that we don't really need to have seen.
