There is some incorrect information here. His fart didn't accelerate him from Jupiter to Earth, he just went through the wormhole Garou made. Saitama's initial clash with Garou, where blast appeared, erased part of the universe in the direction of the blast. This would put Saitama above galaxy, close to universe level. Saitama also shook other dimensions while fighting Garou (as said by Blast who was in a different dimension at the time), this would make Saitama multi-verse/dimension level.

Saitama isn't weak at all, and most of your claims are so bad and inconsistent, so let me fix them. First, we'll be starting with the fact that Saitama can only grow in power while angry. What an absurd statement! This is absurd on so many levels. Let me show you multiple occasions where he adapted without being angry. First, in the Boros fight, he adapted to Meteor Burst Boros, and yes, Boros is as strong as Saitama and stronger than Saitama at the very beginning with Meteor Burst easily, as he not only kept blitzing him but also cracked through his pelvis when he kicked him to the moon, which was shown in a few frames. Go check that out, it's S1, Ep 12, and Saitama recovered after that and adapted fast. So not only did Boros actually hurt Saitama, but also overwhelm and adapt to Saitama at some point, and he only got one-shotted just because the fact that Serious Mode Saitama was stated to be in a whole other dimension compared to normal, which Boros is stronger than via his Trump card, Meteor Burst. But Saitama only won because of his adaptation and his Serious Mode (again, I scale Boros low galaxy if you want to debate on that later, sure, I have dozens of supporting evidence). So yeah, Saitama can adapt and grow exponentially and infinitely due to overwhelming sense or taking damage. That's just common sense. Next, you say he grows exponentially, not infinitely? Okay, do you know what growing at an exponential rate means? Well, let me explain using logarithmic scaling. Logarithmic scale is a method for graphing and analyzing a large range of values in a compact form. Unlike commonly used linear functions that show an increase or decrease along equivalent or equally spaced-out increments, log scales are exponential, which means increasing quickly by large numbers. For example, someone can go from 2 times growth to 2 million times growth in a matter of seconds. A good example of this is Cosmic Fear Garou, who grows exponentially. But Saitama grows infinitely, stated by Boros, Garou, and Dr. Genus. He grows infinitely because he didn't break his limiter, he removed it entirely. He has no limits to his power, again stated by Boros: "I sense no limit to his power," and Cosmic Garou: "He is growing limitlessly," surpassing Garou's growth, who's someone who can grow at an exponential rate, which again can get him up to millions of times the growth each second or less time if you give him enough time to start adapting, because the logarithmic scale starts slow, and this picks up the pace, which can reach up to billions and trillions of times the growth of a person, while Saitama outgrew Garou, whom not only copied Saitama but grew limitlessly/exponentially, making Saitama grow infinitely almost instantaneously, which is beyond any growth in Dragon Ball (even Broly, who had to take time to even match SSJ). Next, the hole in space caused by Serious Punch squared could be anywhere from multi-galaxy level to universal, due to the same reason, which is that the hotel in space was roughly the size of Earth from the size of our solar system, and looking up into space in general, we can see billions, if not trillions, of stars. That hole is the size of Earth from a small point of view from Earth, which easily calculates to multi-galaxy level baseline with enough magnetic force to destroy the observable universe according to Wiki, which is 94 light years tall. Then I calculated how big of a hole in space would that create using AI and calculations on VS Wiki. I can get this to be a hole the size of a small planet from Earth’s point of view, which is way smaller than Earth. This can easily calculate to universal plus, as the universes in One Punch Man are 4D infinite-sized universes, thus would even calculate to low multiversal if you say those are infinite universes, as this was so condensed because Blast’s energy absorption absorbed most of the potential force. So in total, this would calculate anywhere from 5.0625 x 10^64 joules, which is enough kinetic energy to atomize an entire universe, and if the blast never helped, this could’ve created a supercluster capable of cutting the universe into shreds, creating infinite strings that each are as big as the universe if Blast didn't absorb most of the potential energy of this attack. This would scale to universal plus to low multiversal with sub/hyperspace manipulation. For speed, Garou is MFTL++ with basically billions of times faster than light, from traveling light years away in seconds to even going instantaneously, and also can destroy an infinite realm from infinite distance in finite time, which is infinite speed. Now for the Dimensional Slash, this could easily be 5-dimensional or 6-dimensional, as Blast calls it higher dimensional. Now, this can’t be 4-dimensional, as the 4th dimension is called a temporal dimension. Also, this slash was stated to ignore concepts like energy, size, distance, space, and time, which would mean it's above those concepts, which would put it beyond space and time. Also, it can again cut through 5-dimensional realms, which again could be calculated to low complex multiversal. Saitama with only 2 fingers catches this in Chapter 209, therefore being beyond all those concepts as well. Also, energy and distance and size don’t affect him, neither cause nor effect, since this slash comes outside causality, a place beyond space and time and logic. Without causality, affection wouldn’t exist, which also puts Saitama beyond effect. Therefore, nothing can affect him. That explains why he can’t get cut through even though the slash ignores energy and size and also distance, which would make Ki barriers also infinite distance and even durability useless. Also, Saitama didn’t try, as he only used 2 fingers and didn’t even need a Serious Punch. So he might as well be infinitely stronger than him, which would make him complex multiversal as infinite 5D would be 6D/10, which also can get him to high complex multiversal. This also puts his speed at MFTL++ to infinite or even immeasurable speed, with being beyond space and time, which is immeasurable, also moving and cutting infinite spaces in finite time, which also calculates to infinite speed. This scaling could also make Cosmic Garou upscale from it for multiple reasons, like the fact that Empty Void absorbed power from a much, much weaker Garou who didn’t exponentially grow. Also, it makes sense that Saitama has more strength than Empty Void since he already experienced someone on his level or higher, aka Cosmic Garou. Also, Empty Void was an equal to Blast, while Cosmic Garou completely overwhelmed and overpowered Blast before Jupiter. I'm not saying this would scale pre-Jupiter Garou low complex, even though it’s so likely, but it at least scales post-Jupiter to low complex or complex multiversal, until we see proof Empty Void is stronger other than statements saying he is stronger from Garou, who only experienced a pre-Jupiter Garou. Again, for speed, this would get Garou to immeasurable speed if it were to be true, which is most likely true. This would get Saitama’s lower ends to low multiversal or even low complex multiversal to his high ends, which is high complex multiversal to glimpses of low hyper. Nonetheless, Saitama surpasses Goku’s high ends with his low ends, and Cosmic Garou’s pre-Jupiter version matches Goku and probably wins, while his post-Jupiter is also, like Saitama, an overkill.
