I never saw her before, so I am glad, they brought her back. It showed what a controlling man John really is. To call her during filming to instigate her into threatening to ruin Shannon's life, that is an eye opener. So, if he thought his reputation was ruined before, he did a great job ruining it even further on his own. It also shows Shannon what a dirtbag he is, using his current gf to attack his ex. Worse maybe is for Alexis and I don't know what she was like before, but she comes across as the cliche dumb blonde. The brainless pretty girl whose only talent is putting lipstick on and telling the man how great he is.

Oof! This is the second time (that I can recall) that Jim has rightfully blasted Alexis. The first time in my memory was in a season five episode of RHOC when she and Jim went to a horse race with Gretchen and Slade. I distinctly recall Gretchen airing her grievances about Tamra to Alexis, and Alexis responded by rambling in Tamra's defense to the point where Jim interjected and told her to stay out of it citing her not knowing Tamra and Gretchen's dynamic well enough to defend Tamra so hard. This is why, during seasons seven and eight, I unpopularly sided with Gretchen when she and Alexis fell out. Alexis joined this show desperate to be popular and liked by the mean girls, namely Tamra, because she saw that as the best strategy to get her close-up. Though she was mostly a good friend to Gretchen, she was never as loyal to her as she claimed, especially given that she didn't really care to defend Gretchen against Tamra at all until she personally fell out with Tamra (she all but said as much in a confessional early on in season six). Alexis is so pathetically thirsty, and I sincerely hope Bravo gives her a pink slip for the second and final time after season eighteen.

Why would anyone talk about Jim, he is irrelevant. I had forgotten about both of them. Alexis is a horrible person. Shannon did not talk shit about John on the show. Heck, she stormed out from the ladies so many times when she was with him because she didn't want anyone to talk about him or their relationship.
