Team wasn't as good dude. Of course he struggled and the team got knocked off in the deeper rounds like they were supposed to because they weren't a contender. The last few seasons it was just Dame/CJ and smoke and mirrors. This time they're more complete with Melo, Trent, and a trio of good bigs. They were supposed to lose to GS because they were a much better team even without KD and they had championship pedigree. Yes, the guy with a mediocre team lost to elite teams in the playoffs, that's the way it works, doesn't mean he's not a great player...
