Unc knows what hes talking about and put it perfectly. As a man who has been solo/alone the majority of his life since childhood, but never felt lonely, I relate 1000% regardless of someone waiting for me or not. I lost my mother with no one, not even my older siblings to help, moved away to pursue my college degree on my own, was homeless for 6 years while gaining my film degree as well as my 3rd degree Black Belt, became a stunt performer, martial arts instructor, video editor, cdl otr driver etc all with no family or friends around in the slightest....yet my drive, focus and discipline stays incredibly strong. What keeps me going is my mindset of manhood, duty and responsibility for what we must do as men: being an example of stoicism, strength and perseverance, becoming the strongest version of my for my future family, wife children and those I'll be mentoring, and making my late mother proud and representing her name since she loved me intensely and gave me her all.

I’m reading the comments and I just gotta say that no amount of hobbies or jobs or friends will make you desire romantic love less if that’s what you truly want and if you have everything else but that. And there’s nothing wrong with desiring that and it’s not wrong with saying you’re lonely. Peace is better than drama, not having to deal with another person is a plus but nothing feels better than being in love with someone that loves you back and has your back. So I feel him. All you can do in his situation is just wait on the right one and keep living your life until they come.

Exactly you sacrifice and build their dream for them to leave you and disrespect you - MBJ cheated on LH and tried to make it right by trying to get married if they apply the same discipline in their relationship that they applied to their work they would not lose their women and be lonely

As a woman, You gotta be okay with being number 2 to his work. You’re not gonna meet a man who goes from nothing to a top 0.1% performer in the world, and expect him to have a lot of time to spend with you.

That's some hella facts! I think my girl is starting to feel that now. I'm finally advancing in my craft and making money, but I'm soooo busy and focus that it's hard splitting up all my time. I care about her a lot, but I had to give her the speech recently. She says she's on board, but nothing is guaranteed, so we'll see.

Denzel and Samuel L wives are in the same industry, so they fully understand. While they were filming movies a lot of the time, their wives were on Broadway. Michael B has to find someone in the industry who goes just as hard as he does and understands the grind. And like Unc said, keep some discretion in your marriage
