Elway had the highest winning percentage of any executive/GM of first 5 years in NFL History. Dude won a playoff game with Tebow and made one of the riskiest moves in NFL history in bringing in Manning when the majority of the league was saying he was done while at the same time trading away the highest selling jersey player(Tebow) of the 2011 season. 5 straight division titles, 4/5 double digit winning seasons, 2013 greatest offense in NFL history to go along with an MVP QB award, and two Super Bowl appearances with 1 trophy. Not to mention the year after Peyton retired, Elway team went 9-7 with Trevor Siemien at QB.
