The idea of more than one Bernard host at any given time just freaking blew my mind.. my #Westworld theory on Delores is that she is not "awake" at all. She still seems to be following the Wyatt story. OR Wyatt is actually Arnold's consciousness. So when we see her lean in and and tell Bernard, "You're almost the man I remember." Is really Arnold "scrutinizing his new body". I think Ford couldn't bear to lose his bestfriend so he uploaded Arnold into the Cradle until he figured out a way to put him in a new body. Ford finally figured it out and uploaded Arnold as Wyatt (shes the first ever host) and convinces Arnold to "kill" him so he could help Arnold in the robot revolution. BOOM!! OMG YALL I JUST SOLVED #WESTWORLD

Shane Hughes Ford wasn't 'building' anything as such mate, he was just changing the park to make more space for Narratives. It was William building something that they are heading for. I'm guessing it's a facility to make hosts in which they implement human minds into the control unit. Similar to what Delos was doing for James Delos. Ford references human reaching near immortality in season one.
