Well I was noticing something. In her normal outfit, for an example, the flying ogre like enemies take 4 hits to kill with the hair whip. But I was noticing it only took three with the Dancer dress.

SuperMissile I just tested normal Shantae in battle tower. She kills flying ogre with 3 hits and harpy with 2, while the ogre outside tower takes 4 and harpy takes 3. Same with Magic Shantae. So they have same power. It's some monsters in tower have lower health.
