For what, exactly? If you mean the transfer and smudging from wearing glasses, applying a lot of extra powder onto that area should help

1. Minimize the amount of product. 2. Use long lasting and sticky face products, on my skin nothing beats Too Faced Born This Way line. 3. Set it fully dry with powder. It will move anyway so don't make it full coverage to avoid harsh lines. There's no magical product that can beat the glasses physically rubbing the skin. For a special occasion you can even use eyeshadow primer on these zones but it's not good on a regular basis.
