I practiced the first 3 basic bo staff moves for one month...The result is unbelievable..First I found the staff really heavy for my fingers and now it's like chopsticks!! My hands look legendary! Thanks Si fu ❤️

Can you wield a thicker staff than that one? When I think of Staff weapons I think of Gabrielle's staff on the show "Xena" or Donatello's staff. Your staff seems so thin, is that how it's really supposed to look?

@@MasterSongKungFu Thank you, Master. Just one question out of curiosity. I have seen performances where there is the bo versus broadsword and I have always wondered.. will the bo lose? This is because, upon contact, the sword would cut or chip away bits of the bo, and after a while, the bo would not be smooth anymore and will cut the hands. What do you think of that, Master?

@@MasterSongKungFu ah...I thought so...I have 2 waxwood staffs, a 6' and 7' ( thicker diameter).. I am a male, 5'9"......but I can't get the woosh sound you get...nor can I get it to "shake"...!! You must have a lot of "power"👍😁...I also have a 6' rattan staff...that shakes but still no woosh sound 😊 thank you again...your skills and teaching methods are excellent...👍👍...all the best...
