I'm from Apple valley ca just started taking Chinese kung fu and. Chinese kenpo for about a month but my sifu is taking a job in Japan in 2 months so if he dissent get a replacement I will take a different form of martial Arts . found a love for it it's in my blood now all those steches help with everything need to do them and practice..your really good wish I could train with you!!
