@@maldinilolo1548 MMA isn’t martial arts. MMA is a combat sport that is heavily regulated. The fighters only fight under very specific circumstances and are only allowed to use a set amount of moves. Martial artists are artists of martial techniques. That not only includes hand to hand combat but also various other weapons and skills. An MMA fighter wouldn’t stand a chance if the Kung Fu fighter was allowed to use proper martial arts. That includes weapons (no firearms tho).

And why does the allure for some kind of authenticity always include nasty Feiyue shoes !??? Adopting symbolic elements does not equate in any way with skill and toughness. Compliant training instills false confidence and is a serious issue. Enjoy your art in peace, free from delusion and leave the fighting to those who have no other option or enjoy pain.
