I had 4‐6 months to live from alcohol addiction. Among other addictions. I couldn't go 2hrs without a shot of vodka before the tremors would start and my body would start shutting down. Doctors said I'd done serious damage to my body and brain and wouldnt be the same. My detox was almost 2 weeks long and medically supervised as I couldve gone at any minute during those first 4 days. Loooong story short, I went from 4-6 to live, organs failing, my nervous system was fried, my brain was fried, I had muscles start eating themselves due to lack of nutrition, couldn't even do 5 push-ups. Longer story short, now, almost six years later, I can balance on a 8lb medicine ball on one leg, went from being able to no more than 5 push-ups to now I can do a one-armed push-up with my thumb or do them with two fingers like Bruce Lee. I can do one continuous two-minute push-up - one minute down, one minute up. All through letting go of my attachments and just embraced the suffering it was going to take. I now fast for 23 hrs a day and workout/meditate for 2-3 hrs a day. I'm now 46 and somehow in better shape before alcohol or my early twenties. There were no promises I would get here. I just didn't take no for an answer and embraced the hard road ahead. And I owe Bruce Lee for most of it, his words and teachings got me through.

The master is no stranger to delayed gratification lets say, but the essence is true. To put some context, I recently did some research trying to trace back families that had achieved great inter-generational wealth, and I struggled to trace any back much more than about 200 years. The Shaolin Temple, to my understanding, has survived for some 1500 years. Maybe someone can enlighten me if they know of a culture that has been around longer than that? I'm sure that most have also noticed that what they do is pretty hardcore by most people's standards.

"..the magic happens in the place you weren´t looking" I know that so well now. After decades, mostly in survival mode,(and I admit I didn´t handle my challenges with dignity or calm observation) it was suddenly over and pure magic appeared and stayed. In the most unexpected ways !!! 😄 Otherworldly interventions that took away all my fear, and unexpected encounters that lifted my soul to higher realms.. And I was, in no way, attempting to manifest anything !! Not at all ! It just happened one thing after the other. Within a period of three years now. Pure grace from our Creator.. Blessings to you guys! ♥

With all my respect for the Master Shi Heng Yi🙏I’ve been following his insights from a pretty long time now,and I learned so many valuable thoughts on self mastering and I still do but when it comes to sex, at this point things become a little bit obscure! I heard about sexual energy transformation but mastering this powerful temptation force is the most difficult thing in the world! I don’t expect to discuss this in the comments of course but making a video on this subject would be very helpful🙏 yes it’s a little bit inconvenient but it’s always interesting to know how the Master deals with this situation!

Mulligan brothers, did you not see master’s video? The one where he is asking to stop showing his interviews and instead- put up videos on how YOU and others have benefited from his teachings? Please show Master the respect he deserves, you’ve gotten enough views because of this man.

When you live life focused on a reward, meaning something material, money, status. You will find yourself dissatisfied when you can't meet your goals. (if you set moral goals like being a good father, brother, son, good person. Material goals will become less important) you will cherish the reward you get from being a good person. (most people can't handle being knocked down from society, people can't handle losing material things or friends an fam) I lived a life of comfort an a life of homelessnes but I always remained the same person. (rather I was sleeping at a park or sleeping in a 4 bedroom house) if you can handle all aspects of life with the ability to remain a good genuine person, take that as a blessing

Yeah...sometimes it is not enough to not say anything - since - there is also illusion of attachment. Not to mention the illusion of fighting the illusion off by sacrifying. Illusion for illusion it seems. Until something hits you. It can be anything really - a slap in the face, a knife in the vomb, a simple hello. Whatever works for at least the time when your body together with your mind still remember. The concept however of so called "the right time" never reaches the feature of illusion. 😊

It all depends on what you value. You can work hard to advance your career, or train to become an athlete, set aside love and physical love, but when you are an elder like me, trust me you don't want to look back and say why did I sacrifice relationships and love? And just a note Dwayne Johnson is happily married with a family. 😂

They say "New endeavors need 3 years to become profitable". You just put in the effort and hope for the best. It's easier if you enjoy the proces. These days my journey has halted on the physical. Time to practice "patience, patience". Let's hope there's a way to enjoy patience. Like, "Deep breath, patience... Deep breath, discipline... Deep breath, waaa!" \°°/ Take care everyone 🙏🤗🤗🤗

I think I should thank him for those words as they confirm how human shouldn't live. If you sacrifice yourself you don't live in peace with your inner self and you give a bad example to others.
