Dear Master, I was just listening today to a lecture by Krishnamurti who talked about the possibility of experiencing an elevated state of consciousness by raising the sexual energy still symbolized by a curled-up snake or the so-called KUNDALINI. He said at the time that he asked true yogis to explain to him exactly what happens to them when they stick to proper breathing, nutrition, and exercise. And most of them just repeated other people's experiences without really understanding what it was really about. But he gave his explanation as to why he was coming increase in energy and then consciousness itself. One can experience this stage of consciousness only when the sense of identity disappears, when the personality disappears because that is when the constant struggle with the mind, with duality, stops, and this is the moment when a huge amount of energy is no longer wasted for mind competition, but all this energy is directed towards the higher level of the consciousness!! Everyone is entitled to live a dignified, respectful life, without being restricted by someone elses beliefs, demands, and punishments. Freedom is being able to live your life without fear of anothers judgement. By being a respectful person, one holds his own dignity, how one treats another is a reflection of who that person is, not the one in which he aims his treatment. People are way to quick to form an opinion of another in their own mind and sadly believe whatever they've conjured up in their thoughts, regardless if they know it to be true or not. Many people are judged and persecuted for this reason. Other people's opinions that hold no weight in the matter whatsoever. Yet if it be proven that an accusation be false, then are you persecuted even more because the accusor isn't interested in what's right, but only being right themselves . Alot of people get angered by humility and truth, no matter how the situation gets approached. So many people cannot separate in their mind that anothers life has absolutely nothing to do with their life. As individuals, we all have separate lives. Our interactions with one another should be a joyful and peaceful experience. We in no way shape or form truly know another person, who they are, why they are the way they are, what made them the way they are, how they came to be the way they are, or when they become the way they are. The five elements of a story, unless we have all the information about anothers life, then we do not know the whole story. Anything we add into anothers life to is strictly our own opinion. We make it up in our imagination and sadly tell the made up story of what we want to believe to be true about another to others and do a world of harm to an innocent person. Unless we have lived anothers life, it is impossible for one's opinion of another to be true. It's merely gossip and rumors. We are not required to explain our life to anyone. Our life is between us and our maker. There is no one human any less or any more than another, we are equal. We all have the same basic needs. Love does not have fear. 💜🔥

Master Shi teaching is so condensed that bringing out drop by drop his wisdom is a great idea. Your filming is pretty nice: the lights, the background, the sound of his voice, and the focus on his image. I just think that he doesn't need a background music. His words are so powerful, and of so much depth that we need full attention to everything he says. And good subtitles in English is also very important. Thank you Mulligan Brothers for doing your part in the betterment of the world. PS. From the very first time a listened to Shi Heng Yi, my life has changed. I've liberated from some important issues...

It's so so hard. I've been told I've got PTSD. The fear is always around the corner & in front. It never used to be. I trained 6 days a week. 1990 in hospital for 3 weeks. Broken back. 3 attackers. Crown Court. 3 attackers laughing at me coming out of court because they got away with it. Its soul destroying.

Paul, I am glad we are both here. These teachings are such blessings. Not sure if this allowed, but I feel like I should share this. I have CPTSD, and have had so many different treatments over many years to help. It has been a difficult journey. I just want to let you know about one of the treatments being used for PTSD, in case you never heard of it. EMDR. It has had success with PTSD, when the trauma goes back to a single event. **In some cases** a certified professional** would work with you, if you both decided it is a good option* they take you back through the event and using lateral eye movents, somehow reprograms the event so that the memory does not trigger the PTSD symptoms. Neutralizes the fear, in a way. Or something like that. CPTSD is complex because the trauma was chronic, over time, Happenning over and over again. For this reason I didn't not see how it would work for me. I didn't want to. The other night though, I saw a video that explained the science behind EMDR. So, I tried sn experiment. To see if I could use those eye movements to ease my stress response. It actually helped. It was really cool. So, I understand how it may really help some people. I don't know if it is right for you, you would have to ask a professional. Just thought I should mention it, in case it might help someone. ❤️

Ur teaching I get and I get it but iam not a professional like u but I've been interested all my life in different types of meditation alot of different ways to expand my knowledge of the healing the soul, my spirit etc hey theres many Handsome men and Beautiful women teaching alot of different subjects but maybe some watch u because of certain attributes u have or someone else but if it doesn't hurt anyone then that's their own enery there wasting but I could go on but no iam listening to learn and work hard at having no vulnerable areas.
