While it's all kinds of pretty, I can tell you from having been a traditional martial artist for 15 years, and a SOFCQC instructor for 5 years, that these guys don't pressure test the ever living hell out of their art. That's all this is: Art.

@@StoneMonkey9 No, he's not a troll. And he's correct. Think about what they do...forget the folklore and just watch how they train. They are flexible acrobats who can most certainly defend themselves in any street confrontation. But, they would get crushed against the typical mma fighter. And the best mma champions would embarrass them. You are comparing apples to oranges.

Sorry, I do not know the songs used on this shaolin demonstration, but I totally agree, the songs matches each individual demonstration to the tee.
