The singing part is funny as hell. But when they got beat up the mood quickly shifted. That's what I like about Stephen Chow's movies. They are almost always about a low man climbing the ladder of success but along the way has to endure some really tough obstacles such as the one shown in this scene.

In the Latin version the instrumental sounds different. This one sounds like a ballad or something like that.
