1. what if there wasn't any parttern at all, just random bars all with different sets of data, what would you call that? 2. what would you call it if the bars made a U or V shape? skewed to the inside??

If it made a U or V shape we would usually say it was bi-modal. (Two centers) If it was random heights, I don’t think we would say it has a pattern at all. Just random. Hope that helps.
