Dyson Sphere Program is *exactly* why I'm scared of early access factory builders. That game took a 1+ year detour to make it a hoard shooter rather than expanding the systems of what it already had. Side note, why is the video double the length of the actual video track?
@mrbigberd3 ай бұрын
Unlike Dyson sphere, the base goal here has been very clear. Make a 3D version of the original with just a bit more complexity. If you like the original, you’ll like this one even more (at least I do and I believe I’m about 30% through based on the original version).

DSP is an incredible game, the value you get out of it is immense, and that was true even right at the beginning of EA some people might be unwilling to engage into the battles against the dark, but it is totally optional Everything we got since launch is just cherry on top of a delicious cake

my only problem with it is that idk why but for my potato laptop the game runs great at minimum setting 40 FPS but at random every now and then it just freezes I can move my cursor but it does nothing while I'm building something freeze while I switch tabs from building to the tasks or upgrades and I have to be on the edge while I'm doing important stuff to just stop and save my game because I don't know when the next freeze will be even with 2 min auto save you can do a lot in 2 minutes so that's the only problem i have with it

If I have shapez should I get this game?
@mrbigberd3 ай бұрын
If you like shapez, then yes. The stacked building layers add a whole new dimension of planning (pun intended). The whole tunneling + splitter mechanism in the original has always felt like I was fighting the game a bit. Then everything required a rework once you got more compact routing blocks. Removing both of those feels a lot smoother. I’ve been excited since trying the demo and (as the video points out), I was surprised at how complete and bug free it’s been.

@@eldomschi2680 I was sceptical about getting the game as well but I eventually bought it. And after some hours of gameplay (almost 20 at the time of writing) I can tell that this game has a lot more to offer regarding gameplay. The trains are fun to watch jumping all around, the layers add a lot more options and I'm just about to touch on the abilities of automation. It's kind of like programming, but fun. I am not a great fan of the design of the atmosphere you play in, but perhaps that is a matter of time and a few mods, or updates.

This is satire, but at the same time completely true. 🤨 I'm gonna suggest this game for grandma cause she plays these silly casual pick up garbage/matching games, unlike when she was a mother and tormented her kids to pick up their mess (with a timer, btw) instead of doing it for them or trying a less onerous way to teach them... which is the real world version of those games! 🤫
