I think they actually filmed the festival scene during the actual festival and the lake in that province legend is that Nagas live in the lake and I know they aren't the prettiest creatures but they aren't considered evil/bad in Asian culture. So in this show I figure Yai reacting to seeing the fireballs appearing from unusual areas is because it was the actual Nagas firing off their fireballs along side the fireworks.

Omg not Shaqii dying already before we start the reaction. But he's good now! Omg I love this series so much. This episode was a lot longer as if we're watching a movie. The plot is plotting with the backstory, the supernatural moments, the buildups with each character, and I love it. Billy's energy is fire 🔥 I'm gonna need episode 4 to get here now. Also, I love the OST for their theme song. Had it on repeat and enjoyed the MV ❤

Bit of context for the setting for this ep . So the Naga festival that was happening here is real and the legend they talk about the naga fireballs are actual things that happen which actually have no confirmed explanation, it might seem fake but these fireballs are actual natural phenomena around this river which has been put down to gases being released under the water but obviously the legend is it's the nagas releasing their fireballs, of course there are also ideas the whole things is fake but that's actually not known to be the case, it's not a known fake thing just for the festival.
