Thanks Mr Yogesh, for your concise & informative content, simplifying the complicated subject of Taxation. A personal query- if I redeem my Motilal Oswal Nasdaq 100 FOF with capital loss, can I set off this against my Indian Demat account STCG or LTCG ?
@ravichowdhury3642 жыл бұрын
Hi, 1. We need not see the type of instrument transferred for the purpose of set off of cg losses (no matching concept). 2. The only condition will be STCL Loss can be set off against STCG & LTCG both; however LTCL can be set off with LTCG only.
