The most effective way to be a witness is to actively tell people about God's goodness and what he has done for you. Really what you are doing is praising God. Witnessing to the lost will someday end, but praising God will never end.

I really did like the content of the video, for real, but I do agree the tittle is misleading, or some of us were expecting baby steps, like for example, "step one, do this, step two... and so forth" I think salvation is completely free and it should be but donation should be made to these men, it is so much material, Bibles, letters, dvds, if we aren't going to go preach then let's support those who do. I appreciate the videos and have certainly learned something about how to proclaim the gospel. Acts 2:38 reads "Repent and be baptized for the forgiveness of your sins and the gift of the Holy Spirit", not "Repent, put your faith in God and say a prayer" though. Something to think about.

Yeah, I remember all the times, I got "converted" by a street preacher. Usually lasted about 15 minutes after we departed, until I realized that I've just been conjured by a salesman. But hey, if you think these "conversions" are lasting... good for you. I would not want to step on your proud self-congratulations ;-)

These people are following what Christ commanded ,sharing the gospel that is the first thing someone needs to hear before " converting " can even take place. They need to believe the gospel before they choose to repent And continue to follow Christ to become saved. The people in this video are merely at the first step. Thy are definatly not converting but how can they choose to become chistians if they don't first hear the gospel. I say great work to these believers getting out there and doing what Christ said to do.

Yes, congratulations to them :-) Because I'm sure this stuff stuck. As I've said: Generally, these people will walk away, and have forgotten most of that stuff in 10 minutes again. But at least the christians feel good about doing what they've been told by their book. So, I guess it's a win/win.

Yes. They are planting seeds. Nowadays, people don't engage in face-to-face conversations like they used to. So this type of exchange would stand out in a person's mind. If some believe the message then and there, that's awesome. If not, at least they will have heard the message. When hard times come upon them and they feel trapped at least they can fall back on the message of the Gospel.

Repent is to change our minds and our ways. We are to remember that God wants us to live a holy life. I use The Sermon on the Mount as a guide to everyday life. It will be a struggle indeed and will be impossible to live 100% sin free. But we are to definitely change our hearts and minds. No longer should we walk in the ways we used to. We are to "go and sin no more." John 8:11...just as Christ said :)

Repent means to change your mind and not to say sorry and turn from sins, we will continue to sin until the day we die. Jesus died for all of our sins past, present future, repent means to change your mind you have to change your mind on how to get to heaven ( God can read your mind 24/7) by trusting the Gospel 1Corinthians 15: 1-4

True what you said! I agree. We are to remember that God wants us to live a holy life. I use The Sermon on the Mount as a guide to everyday life. It will be a struggle indeed and will be impossible to live 100% sin free. But we are to definitely change our hearts and minds. No longer should we walk in the ways we used to. We are to "go and sin no more." John 8:11...just as Christ said :)

+Kim Berlie Kim is Correct. The KJV is 'The' Bible - directly from the Original Scriptures. Repent is to change your mind. nobody can turn from sin it is impossible. We can try to keep it to a minimum but we cant completely turn away from sin which is why we need a saviour and thats where repentance comes into the picture. Repent is where we simply accept we cant save ourselves and put all our FAITH in Jesus Christ (God). It is a change of mind. God will know this because he is reading your minds 24/7

(Without a change of Mind) - Once you have Eternal Life (Salvation/Saved) God can never take it back. I did not hear you give the Gospel ! To believe how that Jesus died on the cross for the forgiveness of all your sins, was buried according to the scriptures and rose again on the 3rd day. THAT is THE gospel as Paul preached. repentance and turning comes after belief. You can't understand repentance until you believe. God gives the understanding when you are born again into His body. beware of the warning NOT to preach any other gospel! we are not saved by a prayer, by asking Jesus into our life/heart, by repentance or baptism. It is JUST belief on His work on the cross!

L Snowden I have to disagree, bro. Look at the story of the rich young ruler. It's not just believing. The bible says, broad is the gate that leads to destruction and many there will call me Lord, Lord. Many who "believe" will not enter the kingdom. If I had to put it in a one word answer, I would say surrender is the key. Surrendering who you are and want for what He desires and wants. Many believe but can't surrender, just like the rich young ruler. It's much more than just believing.

You missed out the most important part..the initial approach part. And seriously, why are you speaking about the 10 commandments, when Jesus killed those, and gave us a commission of discipleship and then the 2 new commandments. Please start at step one. God bless you.

57unicorn No, Jesus DIDN'T kill the Ten commandments, I mean He gave them to man anyway, I mean why would God kill His own laws? Jesus SPOKE of the Ten Commandments in the Gospel. in Matthew he spoke about hate, lust, and jealous, and anger. Jesus said if you a man or woman lust after a man or woman who is not your husband or wife you've committed adultery in your heart.
