WARNING - to everyone here including the OP - this totally doesn't work in the sense that *people can easily see passwords*. When you're shared a password and you log into something, a popup will show asking if you want to save the password in Google Chrome. If you save it to Chrome, you can then go into your Chrome settings and see the password super easily.

I just tested and @Melissa Ros is correct, in Chrome it will ask if you want to save the password and you can and then view it easily. Also there are some websites that have a "View Password" option that you can tick and also see the password D:

I’m having an issue where the VA is invited to use one of my apps but when he gets to the app it doesn’t give the 3 dots or log him in.

@@FrankSalas My VA and I are trying to figure out how to share a Gmail password. What LastPass recorded just takes him to the Chrome account and when he clicks on the Gmail in the menu, it takes him to HIS email. Any help? LastPass support is difficult to access.

@@FrankSalas Thanks for your quick response. We finally did figure out to have him add my calendar to his, but jumping through the validation messages hoops was a nightmare. We had to get on Zoom and do everything right at the same time. I'm sure Google now thinks it's all hinky, since I'm in Colorado and my VA is in the Philippines.

Virtual Assistants have been having a ton of issues with LastPass, not being able to click on log in and then getting kicked out after having access just one time

Thanks for the comment, shout out from Colombia 🇨🇴 I have dozens of virtual Assistants internally, and hundreds of virtual Assistants externally that use this daily. What you're experiencing is maybe some technical difficulty. The assistant sometimes needs to logout and back in Sometimes they need to restart thier computer Sometimes they need to update their operating system At the end of the day, they are likely not trying or trying just enough and saying "I can't" because they are lazy and don't like putting much effort. Just being 100% blunt. This doesn't apply to all, but most. They are reverse delegating tasks or workflows back to you, and If you let this behavior continue, you will have an underperforming virtual assistant.
