That is why we have to stop romanticising motherhood, most women are unable to choose their children over a new man. How many children are being raised by their grandparents as their mothers enjoy their new marriages. Aye, women should know having a child does not fill the void in your heart, it makes your other unfulfilled desires burn 🔥 brighter, it makes future relationships difficult and it binds you at times forever with a man who despise with a passion. Also, women are not saints, you can love your children but you will always be resentful for the things you feel you have missed and man 👨 whose forever in your life

It is true Mary Kariuki. Women have to make decisions about when and how to have children. Since when things go wrong, we are the ones who end up having to bring them up alone, let us reason.

Hi Vicky, well you are saying your Mom was an amazing woman! Mmmmmmm....... I politely wish to have a divergent view despite it being invalid. She wasn't a good caring mother because she betrayed you and freely sold you to her barbaric lover.... You are so beautiful, eloquent and strong woman in your maturity and I affirm you for that. Just for the sake of Justus fans and listeners to your story, I want all of you to know that in as much as many of you are from a single mother families, some of your mothers sacrifice your vulnerability to chase their happiness leaving you to this stupid foolish step fathers and other opportunists out there. Step fathers are never that easy or loving as is expected. A woman that gets married with a child from previous sex escapades/rape/divorce God forbid and leaves such a kid at the mercy of men there are failures. You cannot bring out a child to this world out of carelessness or forced circumstances then abandon such a child and continue chasing new love with total disregard of the innocent vulnerable kid. Such women are not loving mothers in my view. I could be wrong but I hold that view as an individual. Vicky, sorry about your sister, friend and mother's demise. Regarding your drunkard father, forgive him. His relationship with your mom didn't happen for their own reasons but happy to you because you got to know him finally as per your wish. Naima for you is a 🎁 please Vicky by that a lone and based on your past history, never leave your kid to anyone as your mother did...!! Never... The second attempt to suicide was God's plan to test your faith and deliver you once and forever. Now give yourself fully to Him and nothing shall ever happen to you till death. Your child and you are safe under His wings. It shall be well my daughter. Naima is a special kid who belongs to Christ. God's script is always the best. He started unpacking your wounds slowly and helped you unpack yourself to a new creation. You started discovering yourself. God is your father. Once in His kingdom, nothing shall ever happen to you. Justus, this channel of yours is taking people places. May you continue with God's grace.

It’s because love is a complicated thing, your loved ones may hurt you, but we live in a society where we are socialised to live and honour them regardless. I think she’s torn and it’s quite a conflicting situation to be in. But you are right, the society is too merciful on mothers who chase self pleasures while their children suffer. I wish we could tell women having children is better than having them with anyone. Because even if I have a child today, I will always be looking for a grown up to love me because children can’t fill that void of companionship. I know most mothers would have us believe that once you have a child all you do is think about what’s best for them. But that is not human nature, for most they will still chase after their own happiness but at this point, desperately.
@balancedviewpoint74183 жыл бұрын
@@marykariuki7381 well said. I listen to these type of stories alot in counselling and I can tell you some mothers are that inconsiderate and uncaring yet they are the ones that brought these innocent vulnerable kids to this wold. It breaks me each time I listen to this type of stories....Her X too wasn't caring enough for he should have allowed a woman she once loved go to an adult orphanage despite the differences.
