Button itself is not very useful option. Rather add Quick link web part and select button from the option, then you can add more or less 4 buttons in one row.

When you hover over your images, the move slightly. Hiw did you accomplish that?

I got that Edit and Republish buttons dissapeared after i worked for a while i am not able to see them anymore, do you know what is the issue?

when i am adding a particular link to the button and clicking on the button it is redirecting properly but when refresh the page and click on the button the link is getting decoded or broken...any idea about this ?
