Hi Steve, great video. I have a question and it's quite detailed... Say for example I use this process to setup master permissions for a sharepoint folder, and every time a new folder is created the same permissions are enabled. Is there a way of reusing this process for sub folders? For example, the "master folder" enables the permissions, but will new folders within that folder have the same permissions? Not EVERY folder needs to have the same permissions as the "master" folder, but with this process EVERY folder will have the same permissions. Is there a workaround for this issue? TIA

Great Video thank you, brother. I have a question How we can assign permission to a group or team (Considering that we have predefined members already added to that group)

If you want to use group membership, for example to give Sales Team A access to one folder and Sales Team B to another, then you can either use Active Directory Security Groups or SharePoint Group rather than an Office 365 Group (the type used when you create a Team)

Hi Steve, thank you for the video. At the end of the video, were you mentioning something similar to: "Create automatically N folders with N permission based on rows of an excel table." ? If so, could you show it how to do it in a video? I think it'd be helpful for many people

Any ideas on how to do this with MS Graph?

I haven't tried this, however there is some documentation here for the API calls learn.microsoft.com/en-us/graph/api/resources/permission?view=graph-rest-1.0

@@SteveKnutsonNZ Yes, I saw that. There is a POST that actually adds the id and user, however I have not been able to get the payload correct.
