Awesome content... How do I remove a news post from the SharePoint home page?
@SharePointMaven3 ай бұрын
Thanks. If the News Post is displayed using the News Web Part, you need to delete the News Post from the Site Pages Library. However, there could be other ways the news post was published on your homepage.

@@SharePointMaven I go to the site is says it's from and there is nothing there. I think its an MS cache issue. The link to the post is dead.

Dear SharePoint Maven: Love you videos, thanks! But please, help! Your title is "How to find anything in SharePoint," but how in the world do you find EMAILS across all your SharePoint sites? I have about 30 SharePoint sites -- one for each client I serve. ("Client A SharePoint Site", "Client B SharePoint Site", etc.) How do I search for an email (or what SharePoint calls "conversations") across all my client SharePoint sites? For example, suppose I received an email with the word "Xylophone" in it and filed it to one of my client SharePoint sites but can't remember which one. How to I do a search for all emails with the word "Xylophone" across all of my SharePoint sites? I tried using outlook "All Mailboxes" and "All Items", but it doesn't search across all sharepoint sites. Thanks in advance for any help you can give us on this!!! 🙂

Emails are stored in Exchange, not SharePoint, so you have to search in Outlook, not SharePoint.
