Thanks for the information. But my question is interest is haram in general. So, how this is possible to invest in a company in 70 30 rule? Interest is interest, the quantity does Not matter. 100%interest=.0001% Am I correct???

Actually, it's will be considered as Maal e Makhloot (mixed wealth)...and the ruling about Maal e Makhloot is absolutely different from pure Haram. Further, even if the 30%of the income of company is Haram, the share holder is obliged to cut down 30%of his profit and give that in charity and raised his voice in the annual company's meeting.

@@muftisyedowaisalishah Actually I was in stock market with Sariah guidance. Also I had sariah guidance subscription which informed about the halal stock. But One Day a aleem told me interest is interest. No matter about the quantity. I understood his logic And sold all the stocks.

Some people have commented that Mufti Sahb has allowed Riba upto 30%, whereas Riba is absolutely Haram. So, we have given the personal contact number of Mufti Sahb to make this point clear. However, for the general benefit of the Ummah, we are mentioning its answer which has already been answered by Mufti Sahb to the people who contacted him. In this video, Mufti Sahb didnt mention anywhere that consuming Riba upto 30% is Halal. In fact, what he said is that providing the conditions mentioned in the video, one can only get the shares/stocks of the company that has its equity upto 30% profit from non Shariah compliant source, not more than that, because there would be hardly any company in the stock market which is absolutely free from it. And it would make its equity Maal-e-Makhloot (i.e. Halal+ Haram). Secondly, even than one must deduct the percentage of interest based profit and give it in charity without the intention of Sawab. Thirdly, he must raise his voice in the annual meetings against the unlawful profit. For details, one read the AAOIFI shariah standards

Yes, you can buy a share of a company while meeting all the conditions mentioned in the video, and then sell it.

Riba, Interest aur Sood is totally haram even 1% so how 30% is halal? If they banks giving interest loan is haram then company taking interest loan is also harm to invest in those companies, as their business is grown through Riba even if you take out form your profit the Riba is still used in the company and become their assets to grow business.

India me chahe koi bhi company ya waha kaam karne wala aadmi bina intrest ke koi bhi chiz banti hai nahi hai. Tm jo kapda bhi pehen rahe ho kya pata wo bhi intrest based ho yani usme jo kapda lagaya gaya ya machine jo kharidi gayi ya phir wo company jisne banayi.

Yes interest is haram 1 rupya ho ya 1 Arab. mujhe samajh mein nahi aata in bewaqoofo ko kaun batata hai 30% is permissible iski koi bhi dalil nahi hai aur agar hai to kiyon nahi batate . ALLAH quran mein farmata hai sure baqra ayat no 275 mein ki hamne tijarat ko halal kiya aur sood ko haram tarjuma lamba hai aap check kar sakte hai . Yelog bina dalil k bat karte hai . Djnya ka koi bhi insan agar quran aur hadis ka reference na de to aise logo ki bat ko nahi manni chahiye chahe wo koi bhi ho. Bina dalil k ye log kaise bol sakte hai ki 30% aur 5 %

سودی بینک سے ایک فیصد بھی قرضہ نہیں لیا جاسکتا ہے۔ یہاں جو بات کی گئی ہے وہ کمپنی کے اپنے سرمائے کی ہے کہ صرف 30 فیصد تک مال حرام سرمائے میں ہو تو اس کی کمپنی کے شیئر لے سکتے ہیں کیوں کہ وہ حرام اور حلال سے مل کر مخلوط مال کے حکم میں ہو چکا ہے۔ اور مخلوط مال کا حکم عین حرام کا نہیں ہے۔
