Agree - there should be no other courts allowed, except for purely religious issues, although in reality non-religious matters would always be involved. Immigrants need to sign something saying that they agree to abide by English law. Imagine going to a Muslim country and trying to set up English courts with English laws - it wouldn't be allowed, so why does Britain not stop others setting up their own courts??

Everyone is free to choose arbitration as an alternative to civil court proceedings. The problem is that Muslims do not truly marry, as they do not consent to a lifelong and exclusive union. Everyone should have the right to free choice of arbitrator. But for everything other than arbitration as an alternative to a small claim, the arbitrator should be required to be a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.

Religious courts are protected ubder the arbitration laws. Their judgements do not supersede the national laws. Note in this conversation that the host and the guest do not talk specifically about any incidents because this isn't an issue.
