I have a question I’d like to ask Sir Zaryab Hashmi about. I’ve had anxiety and depression for a long time, and I also experience hallucinations and occasionally hear random voices. Additionally, I struggle with sleep paralysis, and I’m unsure if it’s an out-of-body experience, but that’s not the main issue. The real problem is that when I dream, my body feels incredibly heavy, and sometimes I even find minor scratches on my body, but there’s no pain on the scratched areas. I’ve been experiencing hallucinations and sleep paralysis for so long that I can usually tell when they’re not real. However, recently, I’m losing control over the sleep paralysis-it feels so strange
