I went to Neiman's ouside Philadelphia, and sampled around. I love the Guerlain Feve Gourmand and Tobacco Honey, and Spiriteuse Double Vanille. (I didn't see the Panafolia). I also liked Mancera Amor Cafe. A while ago, I got Eclaire after tring Bianco Latte. It lasts all day, and I don't feel guilty about layering with it. I'm going to save up gor a Guerlain 😊

Might I humbly suggest you give Vanille Camouflage another chance. That green-ness doesn't last long and it's honestly very vanilla and very beautiful. I'm not a big fan of green notes either. But I gave it another chance and loved it!

I personally am obsessed with Vanilla 28. It's the only one with enough of that vanilla extract smell. I can't get enough and I will need a new bottle soon. I really hate that food opening of Tihota, although I own it too; but much later the drydown is sublime. I am still looking for the perfect vanilla, although I haven't tried yours yet. I have 2 clones of it. Spiced vanilla extrait 21 by DUA fragrances and vanilla planifolia extrait 21 by amir scent bar. Both are beautiful,but the DUA is stronger . The amir dupe lasts too but u would have to overspray a lil bit. Good luck.

Bianco Latte- Every fluffy cupcake scent personified. Overly friendly.// Vanilla Powder- The most sophisticated vanilla ever. Musky and refined. I'm obsessed. This is my favorite of my whole collection. // Kayali Vanilla 28- My bottle looks like a coke was poured into it. Very spicy and nicer for wear.// Babycat- Vanilla is alluring and adulting. When I ask my husband what he thinks of my perfume, he will often say “it smells like vanilla” which I have come to realize means he doesn’t like it. Crazy, I've been sitting on a sample of Aphrodisiac for almost a year and have not sprayed it 🙃. So I don't run for the vanilla forward sweet gourmands. I recently picked up Matier Premier's Vanilla Powder and love it! So much so I decluttered Bianco Latte, too sweet for me. I have either samples or decants of everything except BDK. Babycat, I don't get it. I probably won't even use up the 5ml. I need to give Angelique Noir and Vanille Plantifolia a full wear. I was waiting for the weather to change. I like Blanche Bete but not sure it's a love. I need to give it a full wear also. Right now the vanilla forwards I feel are all I need are Vanilla Powder, Khamrah and Teriaq.

I did blind buy Vanille Planifolia from the Guerlain website and I have to say it is the biggest disappointment of my fragrance journey to date, I have no words, I have put it up in hopes that some day it will be better, I now understand why it is almost impossible to get a sample or decant, I don't think Guerlain wants you to know what a massive failure that fragrance is. In reading the comments I truly think I may have gotten a bad bottle. I have almost all the others you mentioned and totally agree so I don't think it is my nose.
