Gucci Gorgeous Orchid is beautiful but I wish I waited on the bottle upgrade because it gives me a very tropical creamy banana sunscreen, best for high summer or vacation and I’m not in that headspace anymore haha. Just my opinion, stay gold Sharida! Edit: Afternoon Delight by Replica is everything I want in a demure vanilla. If this doesn’t get stronger I’m gonna scream, can’t wait to hear your thoughts

Wearing Burberry Goddess OG today. Own three on your list. Mon Guerlain was my first purchase when I started down the fragrance trail. Also added the Black Opium Le Parfum shortly after its release. Have several Vanilla mists, too. VS Bare Vanilla is my favorite bedtime scent. Obviously, vanilla is my favorite note. Thanks for your review.

I absolutely LOVE the Gucci Gorgeous Flora Orchid! I bought a full 100 ml the same day I smelled it. There’s some magical undertones in it that are hard to explain. It’s a scent that evokes feelings of excitement for me. I get a bit of a banana laffy taffy opening but it dries down to more of a soft, airy vanilla. It’s earned a spot in my top 5, I like it that much!

Yes!!! Finally I put it on my skin to try and I got something banana flower or something and I left the store to make sure nothing weird came through, and it came through amazing..your description was really nice point ! That’s what I had come through…I am on my way back to buy a full bottle. Even the associate said that smells amazing on “your” skin…O think it is a fragrance everyone needs to try on their own skin! ❤❤

I liked Nest VB right away because I love a vanilla bourbon profile but it doesn’t smell the way I expected to. Gucci Flora is probably the first fragrance from this line that I like. It’s a beautiful fragrance I keep sampling whenever I’m in a Sephora but I’m not sure it’s a love for me yet. Burberry Goddess is a forever love. ❤️

I love vanilla in my fragrances as long as they are different from each other👌👌. I prefer Mon Guerlain Intense as opposed to the OG😍😍. whoever said citrus opening for gucci blooming orchid LIIIIIED 😭 jk jk, but really it’s such a beautiful, beautiful scent! subtle vanilla, primarily floral but i can’t deny that vanilla and the very slight banana is there on my skin. after about an hour, the vanilla is very prominent on my skin, but not a deep dark vanilla extract vanilla which i appreciate! it’s just very light and pretty 🥰

I am rouge now, I used to be more of an ulta shopper but for about a year or more, I am predominantly a Sephora shopper. I haven’t owned a Gucci since the old EDP, with the little dangly thing! Long, long ago, probably 2006. Actually I did have Bamboo but I really wasn’t about it. I don’t even know why I bought it; I think it was the bottle with the little bamboo lid that I just “had” to have-so cute but I rarely wore it. But yeah, Gorgeous Orchid is just TOO DAMN GOOD. Perfection from a house I wrote off, despite liking Gucci in general!

I have the new Gucci…and it is so pretty. And I was excited to enjoy a Gucci Flora for a change so I grabbed it immediately. I do think it is light and I get banana a smidge…But after I got over the hype of finally enjoying a Gucci fragrance, it was just a basic vanilla for me. Now Mon Guerlain…it makes me sad because everyone loves it…and I love some Guerlain fragrances, but Mon Guerlain smells….older to me

I am living for this Vanilla moment but I am cautious because not all of these Vanillas are created equally. I need to be wowed right now by these vanillas. I am looking forward to getting my nose on Afternoon Delight And Heavy Cream. Creed is also coming out soon with one. I also want to get my nose on one called CLIFTON by Adamo Perfumes, it sounds delicious. The only designer Vanillas I have TBH are Black Opium Le Parfum and Tresor La Nuit Nude both are beautifully done, I also want to get me a bottle of DK Cashmere and Palo Santo.

So.... Vanilla Bourbon was soooo confusing to me. I tried it on and gave it a good wear on the store. Once it hit my skin, all I smelled was that Jasmine floral note. It was a little creamy but I didn't get vanilla or anything boozy at all. It was an okay scent but not compelling to purchase... not even a travel size. Just not memorable. I agree... goddess intense is a hard pass. Not even close to a yes. Cloying on steroids. The Gucci one you are loving just feels basic to me. I didn't smell banana in it. Tried it on in Japan and it just felt basic. Glad it works for you though.
