@@Nikku_GyuGyu well my parents supported my decision of not pursuing college so i had plenty of time to build a solid plan(took about 2 years) which revolved around SAVING AND BUDGETS, and i looked for programs in my state that aided first property buyers and they provided grants on top of the money i saved and when it was the right time i landed on a property that needed some love but was directly across the street from my city university campus and fast forward now im getting geared up to start turo, im also into stocks but i dont take out that money i keep that bc it looks good to a bank 🏦 and i wont make it sound like it was the easiest thing but it definitely wasnt that hard just got to make it make sense.
