@@krishnavandanapu-mvp9302 Thanks again ,I have created Forms to teams flow ,and shared it with my team members, but when the flow gets triggers it posts a message under my name not their .I have already given them the owner permission to the flow.Any idea please

In flow the connectors will be established with the creator though you make them as owner on that flow. So you need ask your team member edit the flow go to the send / trigger click on the ellipsis icon ( three dots) and click on create connect once the connection is created it will show their name. Hope this helps

The best way to solve this is, use the share a copy approach explained in the video. That will recreate the flow and establish connections with their account. This is the BEST PRACTICE.

Very useful information. Can we also change the email id being used for running the flow. Say we have 3 owners X,Y,Z. Currently the flow is connected to X's id. can we change it to Y's id?

Yes as user Y to open the flow in edit mode and ask him to create a new out look connector on the send email action. Hope this helps

Excellent informative Video... I want to ask about flow contains "Send me Mobile Notification" As I know if you add Owners to the flow, the notification will go to originator mobile only, not all Owners. I think, if you want to make the Notification to others, you send a copy of the flow to them to make each of them as originator and get the Mobile notification. Do you have better way to do such.

No as of now in PowerAutomate. Hopefully we can see some more better approached in future. However I don’t see any issue in share a flow approach that is the best because it will establish the connections automatically with new / desired owner in less time. Hope that answers your question..

Is there a limit to number of e-mail ID's that can receive mail or we can add any number of email ID's

There is no written document on no.of emails but what my experience says is max 50 email ids it can handle if you want more than that I advise you to create a AD Group
