I also feel proud of you Helen, been watching for many years now and this year I feel like you've really made a "breakthrough" in a way, if that makes sense, I just mean by that, that you've really come into your own and your full inner self is shining through ❤ you've done the work and I'm impressed....just need to give myself a huge kick up the arse now 😂

I feel you so much on the weight loss thing! I've lost 6.5 stone over the last 2 years through mainly finding a love of exercise. But people CONSTANTLY comment on it. I am literally defined by my weightloss now. Sometimes I wish I was still a size 22 just getting on with things but then I do love how healthy I feel now. But come one people... we are more than a number on the scales! x

Iv been my own life coach for a few years now, A question I ask myself daily is “Dose this decision support the life I’m trying to create?” it’s helped a lot!! Another Norwich gal here!! 🙌🌈🙏☺️❤️✨

That’s honestly so life changing. The question of ‘who am I really doing this for” it’s so important so thank you for sharing that! X

I think navigating early adulthood is a good one, a survival guide to your 20s kind of thing! I love what you previously said about your 20s being a practise run for your 30s. Maybe you could have different guests who have just turned 30 offering up their advice? And a mixture of backgrounds and interests like spirituality/therapists/personal trainers/life coaches/musicians. Think it would be very cool and very you 🥰 love you Helen!xx

Holy cows! Helen that plot twist noise scared the hell out of me! I was listening on a head set whilst bumbling about doing house work, almost dropped a full load of laundry all over the floor. 🤣

Not going to lie, the end plot cut scene scared the shit out of me lol. Here I am, typing at work listening to one of my fav KZbinrs and BAM, volume increase/heart attack. 😂

I would LOVE to listen to you both talk about very specific stuff that’s based on personal experiences or anecdotes and just have a discussion about it, because you guys are hilarious even when you just chit chat and I would listen to that ENDLESSLY ❤❤❤❤ devils in the dark (although dark) made my day because I would laugh a lot with you guys❤

I love devils in the dark and have listened since day one. Although I am a true crime fan 90% of the reason I listen is to hear crane chat and other stuff. Sad that devils is gone but I can't wait to see what you do next. I've never laughed so much and enjoyed two people's energy together 💕

I’d really enjoy a topical, chatty podcast. Like you pick a random subject every episode and just talk about it between you; I like those casual, chatty podcasts. And maybe people could send in questions/ advice relating to the topic and you answer/respond. 😊

Have you ever heard of the podcast “Confident Collective”? Its two friends, both curve models, talking about life and I love listening to them! They are each on their own paths, so the contrast is really great. You would do great with a podcast in a similar genre

What about a podcast about friendships? There's lots out there about romantic relationships, but friendship is interesting (fall outs, adults making friends, losing friends etc).

Hey Helen. Normally silent viewer here (but I’ve been here for 5 years- madness)! I love your videos, just don’t normally reach out and write. I resonated with you a lot today though. In regards to the hobbies comment, I really resonate with this. I have also tried embroidery, drawing, and learning French only this year. Perhaps I could have not bought so much tackle to go with it, but other than that, I am SO glad to be trying things, and enjoying life! I’d much rather have tried everything and had some fun, than wasted my life not trying things because I don’t want to appear faddy. Who cares anyway?! I have really gotten into writing lately, and I feel like the one might stick. I’ve written 40,000 words of a romance story this august. I’m really enjoying reading, too. Also, due to the support of my husband, he encouraged me to finish my pilots licence. I can now fly 2 seater planes. So sometimes things do stick! I like to think of hobbies a bit like I do food and exercise- I’d rather have eaten and exercised and be slim because of my efforts, rather than have done none at all, deprived myself, and have a boring life, sat in my bum, hungry. Same goes for hobbies. Lots of love ❤ Rachel

@Helen Anderson Hey Helen, I'm not sure if you'll see this, but I'm a huge fan of the podcasts and everything else you've done since the beginning. One suggestion I have for yourself and lovely Danni for another podcast idea could be 'Taboo topics' maybe? I'm sure whatever you both end up doing will be fabulous! X
