@@asgharo396 Thank you and as far as I know opening a bank account requires to show your oman National ID so I don’t think it’s possible for tourists to open account However if you decide to purchase a property then the developer company can assist you with the cash transaction process

What does the meaning of permanent residence? Your paspot has changed? Or you have the omani same authority to live in

@@adilsworld122 permanent residency basically means you are allowed to reside in Oman since you are the owner It doesn’t mean you get Omani passport

Issue is not investing, issue is Oman needs to relax its rules more, for a start medical every 2 years is a waist of time, & to much burecracy. Dubai is doing 10 year visa, If Oman wants seriousness about other business's, than relax rules give 10 year visa like Dubai, so we can get on with it.

It doesn't happen to me. I got townhouse in ITC zone. I got the title deed, resident card and bank account within 7 days after full payment. i was not required to do any medicine check up

@@alihejazi2060 there is no such limit Set but as per my suggestion in Muscat hills there are few 1bhk apartments starting from 55,000 OMR onwards which are cheapest

Sultan haitham city is also a interesting new project but it’ll take time to get ready If you are looking for quick returns you can go for al mouj or Muscat hills as it’s readymade Yes the owner will have to be here for residence card as his biometrics are taken Regarding the last question I’m unaware so won’t be able to advise Thank you

@@PeacefulHumanity the residency visa is as per the duration of the free hold property under you. The day you decide to sell it you lose the visa as well Also there’s no minimum amount set by government, you just need to find the cheapest property through the developers
